Malaysia’s journey towards AI Nation 2030 requires more than access to new technology. It requires organisations to connect their people, process, systems and workflows while ensuring that AI is implemented responsibly and aligned with measurable business objectives.
As a Malaysian AI Digital Transformation partner, Infra Mobile Digital Sdn. Bhd. (IMD) supports organisations in moving from isolated AI experimentation towards practical, phased and sustainable transformation.
This commitment will be highlighted at NICE 2026, where IMD will formalise two strategic collaborations involving TARUMT and OCR Group Berhad. Together, these milestones demonstrate how industry, academia, technology and workforce development can contribute to Malaysia’s AI future.
NICE 2026: Moving Innovation from Mission to Market
The National Innovation and Commercialisation Expo—NICE 2026 will take place from 26 to 28 August 2026 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
Organised by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) and driven by MRANTI, NICE 2026 carries the theme “Mission to Market: Malaysia to the World.”
The national platform connects government agencies, businesses, innovators, researchers, academic institutions and investors to support the commercialisation and adoption of Malaysian innovation.
IMD will participate on Thursday, 27 August 2026, presenting a practical model for turning AI ideas into real industry applications.
IMD and TARUMT Advance Applied AI Learning – SERO-AI®

At NICE 2026, the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between Infra Mobile Digital Sdn. Bhd. (IMD) and Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TARUMT) was formally exchanged by Ms. Tina Leon, Managing Director of IMD, and Prof. Dr Loke Chui Fung, Vice President of TARUMT. The exchange was witnessed by YB Datuk Chang Lih Kang, Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, marking a significant milestone in strengthening industry–academia collaboration in applied AI innovation, Smart Data, Business Intelligence and future-ready talent development through SERO-AI®.
Through SERO-AI®, participating students and academic staff will gain exposure to real operational challenges and industry use cases. These include AI assistants, workflow automation, WhatsApp engagement, data consolidation, analytics and management dashboards.
The collaboration builds on the ongoing SERO-AI® workshops with TARUMT, which encourage participants to begin with an important question: What business problem are we trying to solve?
This approach helps students understand that successful AI adoption depends on reliable data, connected workflows, clear objectives and human judgement—not simply the use of more AI tools.
By connecting academic learning with practical implementation, IMD and TARUMT aim to strengthen Malaysia’s future-ready talent pipeline.
ProSales Solution with AI Supports Property Transformation

Infra Mobile Digital Sdn. Bhd. (IMD) and OCR Group Berhad will exchange a Letter of Intent (LOI), represented by Ms. Tina Leon, Managing Director of IMD, and Ms. Yan Ong, Chief Strategy Officer of OCR Group Berhad. The ceremony will be officiated by YB Datuk Chang Lih Kang, Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation. This strategic collaboration will focus on ProSales AI implementation, AI Digital Transformation and workforce upskilling to enhance sales performance, operational efficiency and AI capabilities within the property development industry.
The collaboration will explore how AI can support the property industry by improving:
- Lead management and sales follow-ups
- Customer engagement and response time
- Data visibility across projects and departments
- Management reporting and decision-making
- Workflow automation and operational efficiency
- Employee readiness for AI-enabled processes
The property industry manages complex customer journeys involving marketing, CRM, unit booking, billing, vacant possession, defect management and after-sales support.
A ProSales Solution with AI can help connect these stages through a more unified digital ecosystem. Instead of maintaining fragmented information across spreadsheets, messaging applications and standalone systems, property developers can build a clearer and more consistent operational view.
The goal is not automation for its own sake. It is to enable teams to respond faster, reduce repetitive work and make better decisions.
SERO-AI® Connects Data with Business Intelligence

Many organisations already have substantial amounts of data. The challenge is that this information often remains scattered across CRM platforms, accounting systems, spreadsheets, documents, emails and departmental databases.
Fragmented data limits the value that AI can deliver.
SERO-AI® is designed to consolidate business information into an intelligent data hub. It enables organisations to analyse information, automate selected workflows and make data more accessible to management and operational teams.
Through Business Intelligence, organisations can convert operational data into dashboards, trends and actionable insights. Management can gain clearer visibility into business performance without waiting for multiple departments to manually compile reports.
Business Intelligence also supports more informed discussions. Instead of relying only on assumptions or incomplete reports, decision-makers can refer to connected and more timely information.
Why AI Digital Transformation Upskilling Matters
Technology implementation can fail when people do not understand the business purpose behind it.
AI Digital Transformation upskilling helps employees understand how AI supports their responsibilities, which processes should be improved and where human review remains necessary.
Practical upskilling should cover more than prompting. Employees need to understand:
- The relationship between data quality and AI output
- How to identify suitable processes for automation
- How to interpret AI-generated insights
- When human judgement and escalation are required
- How to protect confidential business and customer information
- How to use AI ethically and responsibly
When people understand both the opportunities and limitations of AI, technology adoption becomes more sustainable.
Building an AI Responsible Organisation

Responsible AI must develop alongside AI adoption.
Building an AI Responsible organisation means establishing appropriate oversight, accountability, data protection, transparency and human intervention. Organisations should understand which data is being used, how automated outcomes are generated and who remains responsible for important decisions.
This direction aligns with Malaysia’s national emphasis on responsible, inclusive and high-impact adoption. AI Malaysia is mandated to coordinate the national AI ecosystem and drive the implementation of AI Nation 2030.
For businesses, Responsible AI is not only a compliance matter. It helps strengthen stakeholder confidence, reduce operational risk and ensure that AI supports—not replaces—responsible human decision-making.
The Role of an AI Digital Transformation Partner
An experienced AI Digital Transformation partner helps organisations look beyond individual software products.
The transformation journey should begin by identifying business priorities, assessing data readiness, understanding existing systems and preparing employees for change.
A practical approach involves four stages:
- Start with a priority department or workflow.
- Establish clear business and adoption indicators.
- Evaluate outcomes, risks and employee feedback.
- Scale progressively across other operations.
This phased method allows organisations to gain experience, manage risk and build internal confidence before expanding their AI initiatives.
Through SERO-AI®, ProSales, customised solutions and practical workforce development, IMD connects technology implementation with the people and processes required to make it work.
Advancing Together Towards AI Nation 2030
The collaborations with TARUMT and OCR Group Berhad demonstrate two essential sides of AI transformation: developing future-ready talent and applying AI to real industry operations.
As Malaysia advances towards AI Nation 2030, meaningful progress will depend on organisations that can transform national ambition into responsible, measurable and scalable outcomes.
